I wore this whilst away in Scotland, a few weeks back now, for an evening out; it's a great comfy outfit but still looks classy. I absolutely adore the hat and I wish it suited me more. It stayed on my head during my entire stay in Scotland. Picture this: pyjamas and a fedora, believe me it happened! When I wear it in London I do get the odd looks here and there and the "you're so made in Chelsea" comments. I guess I'm just not a hat person...
I love this cardigan, it's very similar to the fluffy jumpers which I also love. As soon as the weather starts getting warmer a fluffy jumper will be too warm to wear so a cardigan is a nice alternative. I just love the fluffy textures so I had to buy this! Although, my friend/photographer Maria hates it haha. I love printed things and this zebra print shirt is gorgeous! I don't think I've ever had anything in zebra print but I actually really like it, it's a fun way to wear monochrome I think.
I wore a pair of black leather look trousers (which are currently lost in my wardrobe). I don't really like the fit of these, in all honesty I don't think I like the way Zara jeans/trousers fit. I usually wear jeans that have a slightly higher waist, just above the hips, but these sit on my hips which I don't like. I find they end up looking incredibly baggy, especially around the knees which is a pet peeve of mine. Although that didn't stop me buying the grey/green pair of these too.. oops!
I wore a pair of black court heels, I'm quite tall so when I buy heels they're always a low heel to avoid feeling (and probably looking) like a giant. I used a River Island over the shoulder bag with tassel detailing, most of the time a little bag is enough when going out so I usually opt for an over the shoulder bag like this one. Again I wore a thin gold bar Etsy necklace, a gold GUESS watch, a gold spiked Topshop bracelet, a gold Anna Lou bracelet and stacked gold Forever 21 rings.
