Back To School: Sporty

This is such a different look for me, I always wanted to try out the sports luxe trend when it was a hit earlier on in the year but there was always something missing, so when Hoodboyz offered to gift me something from their website I instantly browsed their trainers as I always struggle to make the commitment when it comes to buying trainers as I just don't know whether I'll get enough wear out of them or not - and good trainers are so expensive! I chose these Nike Free Run 2 running trainers as I think they're a great investment because of their versatility.

I called this look sporty because of the trainers and the details on my dress but it is a bodycon dress so it isn't perfect to start running around despite the running shoes haha. Instead of my leather jacket I just tied a shirt at the waist because the weather isn't too bad yet so I think we should make the most of the sun while it's still out! Again, I chose to use a backpack. To be completely honest I tend to stick to one bag for school as changing bags according to outfits would be too much of a hassle, and I'd probably end up leaving something behind!

Also, how cool is this last photo?! No idea what happened but I just had to include as it looks so cool, almost like an illusion.

How do you incorporate a sporty vibe into your looks?

  1. You definitely should be a model. I love the sports luxe trend, I actually live in trainers (I have so many haha!) but I like this take on it :)

    1. You babe! That's such a nice compliment, thank you! I hardly ever wear them because I think they make my feet look so big but I may be a convert... X

    1. It's a great casual dress, haha that's partly because the more "normal" looking photos came out very blurry - not my best photography but hey, I'm happy you like the look! X
