Brace yourselves for a week of the 70s!

Today is the start of a week long 70s feature on my blog; I'm actually really excited to share these posts with you as I must admit I would never have thought to try out so many 70s inspired pieces but I've come to love the final results (Friday's post is my favourite!).

I know a lot of us aren't so keen on trends and 70s sounds pretty scary nonetheless there are really simple ways to incorporate the trend into your every day look. You know how much I love my leather jacket and black boots right? So I stuck to those two comfort items and wore a paisley printed playsuit - that's a nod to the 70s in my eyes. This playsuit is perfect for this time of year as it's a lightweight material but has long sleeves, I just think it's a really nice piece to have in your wardrobe.

      It's so simple to do - I say add a leather jacket to any outfit and it's instantly edgy - I just love how easily you can transform any outfit by toughening it up a little :) X
