[Photos taken by Maria] Crop top (c/o) - Rare London \\ Midi skirt (c/o) - Romwe \\ Heels - Dorothy Perkins \\ Fedora - New Look (similar)
Is it suddenly cool to just carry around a fedora whilst dressed like a wedding guest? Long story short, I was looking through the bags that I have and there really wasn't one that suited this look; Maria suggested I use a hat as my accessory, so I did, what do you think? I also accessorised with a hairband on my wrist (why am I still forgetting to remove it before blogger shoots?!), my rose gold watch and this gorgeous ring from Gnossem, it's a gorgeous statement ring yet still sits so delicately.
I am obsessed with this skirt, loads of my favourite bloggers wear these structured midi's and I can't help but love the way they look so when given the opportunity to try one out myself I went for it. Romwe and Sheinside are perfect for trying out new trends as there are usually some good dupes about at affordable prices (postage takes around 2 weeks but it's free!) I chose this gorgeous print because of the colour combination and the florals are perfect for spring! I wanted the skirt to stand out (arguably it does that anyway) and kept the rest of the outfit pretty simple with a nude crop top and my favourite rose gold heels.
As it's the official start of spring today, this post just had to include some gorgeous florals! P.S. If you have a moment to spare today then please fill out this super short survey on consumer buying (shopaholics come forward haha!) it literally took me 2 minutes, it's super fast and super easy! Thank you!
How would you style statement florals?

ReplyDeleteI haven't seen any skirts that have really caught my eye other than suede ones because I am pretty taken with the 70s trend! But I noticed this one and really wanted to try it! X
DeleteGoodness me that skirt is spot on! I have never tried a skirt like that, I just always thought it would make me look frumpy but I suppose with the right heels, it can work!
