Basics: Tshirt and Jeans

This week there's something different happening on my blog. You know how I love putting together a theme sometimes and having a week solely dedicated to that - my most recent one was a 70's week where I shared all things 70's with you - well, this week (sort of) is about going back to basics, in more ways than one. Firstly, let's talk about the outfit. A couple of weeks ago, during a Twitter chat, I'd like to say I was challenged to come up with a few fashion posts for beginners. This could have either gone two ways: a week sporting easy and wearable fashion trends (I did this with the 70's trend in the post: Paisley Print) or a week where I go back to basics. I went for the latter. Today it's all about the Tshirt and jeans, two essentials am I right? I'm wearing my favourite New Look Tshirt; Topshop jeans, the leigh jeans of course; Topshop leather jacket (a sale purchase); and black booties from Dune. Whether it be for a chilled out weekend or a busy day at university - you just can't go wrong with this basic combo.

Finally, I just want to mention how over the next couple of weeks things will start changing on Peexo (hopefully for the better). I want to give my blog a total revamp, I'm feeling a little meh about it and am really in need of a change so keep your eyes peeled for a blog redesign coming soon! Also, any of you studying at the moment will probably be in the same boat as me with exams approaching, it's much harder to stick to a schedule because exams are a priority at the moment. 

With that in mind, starting this week, there will be fewer posts each week; for this week I have 4 posts planned (only 1 down from my usual 5), but from next week onwards I will be aiming for 3 posts a week. I don't want to put a lot of pressure on myself because at the end of the day, blogging for me is a hobby and I need to come out of university with a good degree if I want to pay my own bills in the future haha! I hope you understand! I definitely feel at ease when I share schedules and my future plans with someone, is anybody else like that? I'd actually really appreciate if you let me know which days you would prefer to see posts from me. I'm torn between Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Let me know in the comments please!
