So first thing first, I've been away from my blog for a week and I feel like I need to address it because I pride myself in being organised and staying on top of things but sometimes life throws curve balls at you and things change. I'm not entirely comfortable talking about it just yet but I didn't want to leave my blog hanging because I really enjoy it, so I'm back.
This is one of my favourite looks. I kept forgetting about it and somehow it ended up in the last of my posts during exam season. I absolutely love the 70s trend, and suede is a huge part of it so naturally, I've been loving that too. This is a gorgeous H&M skirt that I just don't wear enough! I feel like I need to be tanned to pull it off better but I don't have any holidays planned for a while so that will just have to wait. I paired the button down skirt with a denim shirt from Tiffosi for a smart casual look, I also love that it has little buttons too, the idea of continuity pleases me. I bought these summer flats from Primark and I just know I'll be wearing them loads during the summer (they're leopard print, so duh), I always pick my H&M bucket bag when I'm going for a 70's look and round shades of course.

In case you missed my previous post, I mentioned how from then on I'd be posting every weekday like I did prior to exams, so that starts this week.

It's my favourite trend! It was only £19.99 from H&M, such a bargain bag! X
DeleteI love the look and those sandals are gorgeous. I haven't tried the trends yet but you make me want too.

I love trying trends, sometimes it's impossible not to as they take over the high street! You should definitely try :) X
DeleteObrigada Joana :) X
ReplyDeleteI like your western style Tiffosi denim shirt. I like the pockets on that style of shirt, the yoke, and how the fancy buttons are usually a snap closure - easy for changing in and out of. I wonder if Wrangler is still in business and still makes them? Some western shirts can be very colourful - especially some of the "show" shirts made for riding competitions - with different coloured yokes, pockets and embroidery.

Thanks Joanne, super cool 70's feel to it which I love - so pleased you do too! X
DeleteI love that skirt but I sooooo don't like H&M. I think I'm still upset at the fact that they don't allow in store returns of online items, which is how I buy all my stuff!
ReplyDeleteBut I may have to visit to find that skirt you're wearing. I love it.
