During our visit to Paris my boyfriend and I stayed in a gorgeous hotel located on Avenue Friedland a few steps from the Arc de Triomphe. Hotel Napoleon has some serious Parisian vibes I mean, just look at the bedroom? If that's not Parisian then I don't know what is. For a more in-depth tour of the room keep an eye out for my vlog which will be up on my channel.

We stayed in a room facing the front of the hotel where we caught a glimpse of the top of the Eiffel Tower - a nice surprise as we definitely didn't expect it, it was pretty lucky we even noticed it considering just how foggy it was over the weekend. The room itself was very spacious, with a lounge area and a separate bedroom with sliding doors for added privacy. The only downfall I'd say was that the beds were two singles pushed together so there was that annoying gap inbetween but I think this is pretty standard in hotels nowadays. The bathroom was by far my favourite, with a separate toilet (with two doors) and a beautifully tiled bathroom, I loved how big the bath was and we also had a shower too; the products were from l'Occitane which were a treat. Also, they offer high speed internet which was bloody amazing!

We had a little wander of the hotel to check out the fitness room which my boyfriend was disappointed in but I have to stress that he goes to the gym around 4 or 5 times a week and is after an extensive range of weights and so on, but Hotel Napoleon is more about relaxation so unsurprisingly, the fitness room was empty (in terms of people) but it did boast quite a few fitness machines. We were also told there was a spa/sauna in the fitness area but it was either closed - a few doors were shut - or, it's non-existent, to me that will remain a mystery.

We also had breakfast which consisted of a buffet with a lot of variety, I chose pancakes which instantly filled me up but my boyfriend can eat for days so he had a lot of food including an English breakfast, continental, and he had room for some pancakes too! It's fair to say, we gave the buffet a good go and no complaints from our end. We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the receptionists were lovely as were the people at room service although not all employees spoke English which led to a few funny conversations over the phone.

If you're visiting Paris then I would definitely recommend Hotel Napoleon, location wise it's great - only one street away from Champs Elysées! And, it's a truly memorable stay.
