Backstage with Maybelline
This season I was lucky enough to go backstage at Brewer Street for the Emilio De La Morena show, having never been backstage at Brewer Street (I had previously only done backstage at Fashion Scout) I was so excited about it and I'd go as far as saying it was one of my highlights of this season! Makeup was done by Maybelline and inspired by desert festivals hence the burnt orange-red eye which was created using two lip pencils. The thing that stood out the most to me was really seeing how makeup artists at fashion week break all the rules, this look featured mostly lip products being used all over the face for the eyelids, cheeks and of course, on the lips too. As I was backstage I also got to have a look at the hair which was a very low messy knot.
#HandsOnFashion
As new sponsors of Fashion Scout, Crabtree & Evelyn were all about pampering with their hand massages. I got a relaxing hand massage which was so nice, I didn't think it would really make too much of a difference but I instantly noticed a change in my hands - they looked much healthier than they usually do (which probably sounds weird but I have quite vein-y hands).
Favourite Trend Spotted
I really don't have a lot of photos to share from shows (I was too busy trying to get features on Instagram, Instagram stories and Snapchat) but, I was so so happy seeing leopard print on the catwalk as it's just one of those guilty pleasures of mine so I had to rave about it!
