Hello March and hello (again) winter wardrobe! I'm kicking myself over the fact I didn't buy any jumpers at the start of the year, thinking I was being really good and refraining from buying knitwear because we wouldn't be needing it much longer. Boy, was I wrong. To add to my frustration it's now too late to buy knitwear as the majority of stores have introduced their spring/summer pieces. Meanwhile, the sun - and any sign of spring - is nowhere to be seen. Although the snow has cleared so we're getting there...

Today's blog consists of a throwback look (thanks snow for messing things up!) Funnily enough, when I initially took these photos a few months ago I held off posting because it was getting too warm for this kind of outfit but now it's most definitely not too warm for this combo. I brought out this faux shearling trucker for snow days and it reminded me of just how much I love it! Mine is actually two years old now but there's a silver lining, these seem to come back in stock every winter on Missguided. There aren't many available at the moment but I'm sure they'll be back again next year, having pretty much become a classic in so many people's winter wardrobe.

There's no denying that I absolutely adore roll necks and ankle boots, the two are essentials in my winter wardrobe every year. Despite this, I'm ready to bid them farewell. I guess you can never be too prepared in the UK but here's to spring not being too far away (hopefully!) I'm looking forward to wearing my lightwash jeans and potentially even some dresses! I wouldn't be too disappointed to leave behind my coats and jackets for a while now.
